PCAFPD College Scholarship 2025 is Open – Apply Now
PCAFPD Scholarship 2025 program is now open to apply for all college students in the Philippines. The PCAFPD means the Peace Corps Alumni Foundation for Philippine Development. Recently, the PCAFPD announced the opening of Online Application for its scholarship program for the school year 2025-2026.

PCAFPD Scholarship 2025
The PCAFPD Scholarship program is a financial assistance provided by the Peace Corps Alumni Foundation for Philippine Development to aspiring Filipinos to help them pursue their education and contribute towards the development of the Philippines.
This scholarship program is initiated in 1983 by the Returned Peace Corps Volunteers and Staff as a way for former volunteers and staff to stay connected to the Philippines and to each other in a worthy cause. The PCAFPD Scholarship is primarily funded by the Former Peace Corps Volunteers.
The Peace Corps Alumni Foundation for Philippine Development is calling in applications from all eligible and interested college students to apply for the PCAFPD Scholarship 2025 program.
Types of Scholarship
Following is the scholarships provided by the PCAFPD:
- PCAFPD Undergraduate Scholarship
- PCAFPD Graduate Scholarship
Benefits of PCAFPD Scholarship
Following is the list of benefits a PCAFPD Scholar will receive under this scholarship program:
- Full Tuition & Other School Fees.
- Allowance for Books & Educational Supplies.
- Living Allowance per Semester. Applicants for graduate school must demonstrate their need for assistance with living expenses in order to be considered for this benefit.
- Reimbursement for other education-related activities (with prior approval).
- Undergraduate applicants will receive a laptop computer provided by the Foundation. Graduate students do not receive this benefit but can avail of up to PhP 10,000 to support their thesis. For receiving thesis funding graduate students must submit a funding proposal to the Vice President of Philippines Operations.

Eligibility Criteria
Undergraduate Scholarship
Following is the eligibility criteria required to apply for PCAFPD Undergraduate Scholarship:
- Citizens of the Republic of the Philippines.
- Current Grade 12 Senior High school students, high school graduates not currently enrolled and college students in need of several years of funding. For Grade 12 students and SHS graduates, it is your responsibility to pass the school’s entrance exam and be admitted to the course you stated in this application form by May 31st of the year you plan to enroll.
- Have a record of strong academic performance, leadership, and community service experiences.
- Must demonstrate financial need. Priority is given to applicants from low-income households, generally those below the poverty line.
- Be committed to serving your community and country, following your graduation from college. This scholarship is not intended for people planning to work overseas.
- Applicants proposing fields of study with high potential to contribute to Philippine development will be given priority in the selection process.
- The following courses we do not currently support: No medical related courses such as nursing, medical technology, graduate study in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, and in addition, law.
Graduate Scholarship
Following is the eligibility criteria required to apply for PCAFPD Graduate Scholarship:
- Citizens of the Republic of the Philippines.
- Have completed an undergraduate degree.
- Have at least one (1) year of professional work experience.
- Have a record of strong academic performance, leadership, and community service experiences.
- Demonstrate financial need.
- Be committed to serving your community and/or country, in the Philippines, following completion of your masters degree.
- Pass any qualifying tests for the school or program to which you are applying before the scholarship is granted. You may apply for the scholarship before taking the exam, but it is your responsibility to register for and pass the exam.
Documentary Requirements
Following is the list of documents required to apply for PCAFPD College Scholarship:
- For Grade 12 students: Submit your Grade 11 report card.
- For SHS Graduates (not enrolled in college and 1st or 2nd year college students): Submit your Senior High School transcript of records or Grade 12 report cards.
- For 2nd year college students and up: Submit your latest copy of your college grades.
- Submit the latest Bureau of Internal Revenue Income Tax Return (ITR) of your parents/guardians or yours, if you’re already working.
- Submit your latest Bureau of Internal Revenue Income Tax Return (ITR), if you’re already working. If you are not working, you may submit a Income Tax Return of the person financially responsible for you.
- Submit your college transcripts with the cumulative G.P.A.
- If you or your parents/guardians do not have an ITR, you may submit a Certificate of Indigence from your Barangay or an Affidavit of Non-filing of Income Tax Return.
